I Finally Agree with the IRS

The rich always refer to their money as capital gains. From now on I think we should scrap that ignominious term and call it what the IRS calls it. UNEARNED INCOME, as in to be separated from wages; earned income, that which the rest of us make. That’s what I’m doing from now on.

So now they can be seen and we are reminded in every conversation for the parasites they really are.

We Must Stand

By Mike Scilingo
You shall not press down upon the brow of labor this crown of thorns. You shall not crucify mankind upon a cross of gold. – William Jennings Bryan on July 9, 1896, at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago

Ladies and gentlemen this is WAR and you must engage. You must stand for higher wages and bring home our corporate jobs, stop cuts in benefits, provide full medical care, support alternative medicine along with the supplement industry, expand retirement protections and tie them to the cost of living. The word we must employ is SECURITY; securities for ourselves as the wealthy have created security and protections for themselves in law.

By standing up to these criminals in the corporate, banking and public sectors we can create for ourselves a secure and successful economy, defined by a comfortable retirement for those who have served in the private sector, thereby expanding the employment base for our young as the older generation passes their career to them. This is a well funded attack, well planned over the course of many years.

As our grandfathers did so must we again. The ultimate goal of these parasite cretins is to eliminate freedom for the middle class, control our individual and industrial growth, to create a society of their perfect order through class oppression that allows those few privileged to take everything for themselves from those who produce everything both product and service.

Propaganda is an important quotient in this battle. You see they would like us to be so brainwashed that we would come to believe they deserve their theft and fraud because they are somehow more deserving whatever the hell that means, yet we hear it every day on radio talk shows. As their flight of the imagination goes, somehow ‘they’ are worth the millions they steal from us in their various schemes but we should be ashamed of ourselves if we ask (hat in hand) for another 10 or 20 dollars an hour because we haven’t had a raise for the last 30 YEARS!

Yes people this is a war for our very lives between those who worship the cult of mammon with their associated puppets both private and public and the rest of us. You remember us don’t you? We the inventors, the thinkers, the workers, the artists who built this civilization from which these vermin incessantly feed.

If the government can ignore the Declaration of Independence and reject the Constitution; if it can force people to speak when they prefer to remain silent then this great venue for freedom will pass away. ~ Judge Napolitano

From the IRS
In 1992 the top 400 incomes total taxable income paid was 16.9 billion, which was a 29.2% tax rate.

In 2008 total tax paid by the top 400 was 90.9 billion that number means the tax rate fell to 21.5%. That’s only 16 years. And remember this is only the federal tax and does not include investment breaks.

The IRS is taking 27% less in taxes than in the recession of 2001. Per capita taxes are down 32%.

Yet the Republicans see the major problem in the country as the rich don’t have enough toys. They say we need to cut their taxes by another 1/3rd, and to pay for it by taking it from the disabled, the sick, the poor, the elderly, and the working poor, those with little or no voice. Paul Ryan requires his staff to read Ian Rand, Mark Rubio says you’re weakened because you have Social Security and take care of your parents. First they decimate your job, then they decimate your paycheck and now you’re defined by Rubio as a substandard American because you and your parents have Social Security and Medicare. Enough said.

Who is the top 1%? According to the Washington Post 41% are non-financial executives. 18% are financial professionals. 3% are media figures. Yet 60% of college graduates are living at home; their pay checks are going to the rich because the money isn’t recycled into R&D and production, etc.

CORPORATE GREED AND THE ATTACK ON LABOR
1.    You destroy the unions.
2.    Get rules enacted that limit shareholder or make it impossible to limit CEO and executive pay.
3.    Lower your tax rates.
4.    Get the public into mutual funds which never challenge what the executives get paid.
5.    Create a bubble of financial protection for executives while developing and enacting a great plan to destroy the middle class.

Stop Coddling the Super Rich

‘Labor is the superior of capital, & deserves much the higher consideration.’ - Abraham Lincoln

Some animals are more equal than others. ~ Animal Farm

The following is the letter Warren Buffett wrote in the New York Times August 14, 2011, it’s been all over the news and net but in case you missed this very important piece here it is in its entirety. How very revealing.

Our leaders have asked for shared sacrifice but when they did the asking they spared me. I checked with my mega rich friends to learn what pain they were expecting they too were left untouched.

While the poor and middle class fight for us in Afghanistan and while most Americans struggle to make ends meet we mega rich continue to get our extraordinary tax breaks.

Some of us are investment managers who earn billions from our daily labors but are allowed to classify our income as “carried intere3st” thereby getting a bargain 15% tax rate. Others own stock index futures for 10 minutes and have 60% of their gain taxed at 15% as if they had been long term investors.

These and other blessings are showered upon us by legislators in Washington who feel compelled to protect us. Much as if we were spotted owls or some other endangered species. It’s nice to have friends in high places.  ~ Warren Buffett

How very revealing. This was written by a rich man with a spirit of compassion, common sense and the knowledge that if the rich want to live in a safe world they have to feed it properly.

We Must Turn This Around

In times of peril fear has no pity
~ Julius Caesar, The Gallic War, 51 B.C.

By Mike Scilingo

Both parties have trashed the Constitution. At some point we the people either take it back or go back to tyranny. We are at the crossroads of that choice right now.

My mission is to try to point the reader to the creditable information so he or she will have the knowledge to make the critical decisions that are so important to our present and future; we must learn to think it out objectively. The society now suffers from the economic philosophical fruits by the likes of Milton Friedman, the Austrian school, etc. As well as the philosophy of sociopath Ayn Rand so eagerly employed by today’s corporate boards, bankers and their bought politicians mostly Republicans.

Because of failed policies since 1980 there is now no real economic future in the United States and it’s really getting bad; those in hidden power intend to make it poorer. Income disparity is worse than it’s been since the time of the robber barons at the beginning of the last century.

It is so bad that a lot of people are looking to other countries to move to; many who can already have. If it gets worse more people will stop looking and be moving, because there are a lot of countries that have their act together socially compared to the United States.

Republican or Democrat both promote the policies of discouragement, insecurity and societal, personal economic destruction and I for one am fed up with it. For 30 plus years all we’ve heard is ‘we must save or help the children’, but what they have done is export our hard borne treasure, bury us in perpetual wars, destroy our present and our future; if these fools wanted to help a kid they would have given him an economy where he or she could have gotten a good paying job, and yes I do mean blue collar.

Now these treasonous lamprey parasites want our Social Security and what medical benefits we can claw out. They are nothing but punks groveling to be recognized by their masters as they crawl on their bellies scraping the fallen coins thrown to them by those who bear the mark of Cain.

“There are men in all ages who mean to govern well, but they mean to govern. They promise to be good masters, but they mean to be masters.” ~ Daniel Webster

In 1960 JFK beat Richard Nixon for the Presidency in one of the narrowest margins for any Presidential race. Nixon was beaten and a new era of hope was born. This hope changed into reality, a reality of great good.

Dallas 1963 JFK is assassinated by what the government calls a lone nut. The media does not investigate. The lone nut is killed by another lone nut. But in the end neither of them was really alone. No military or professional marksman has ever been able to replicate Oswald’s shot. Vice President Lyndon Johnson rides out the term and is re elected the following year.

In 1967 Robert Kennedy brother of JFK announces his candidacy for the Presidency. On June 5, 1967 Robert Kennedy wins the California primary. He holds a press conference and is promptly shot and killed by another “lone nut” Sirhan Sirhan. The Democratic Party lost their leading candidate, a candidate for labor. The election was won by Richard M. Nixon.

In 1972 Nixon was in the middle of a re election against George McGovern and embroiled in Watergate. Nixon has a narrow lead over McGovern thanks to many votes in the South.

George Wallace an independent from the South announces his run for President; being from the South Wallace takes many of Nixon’s votes. While having no real chance of winning, by being in the race he would insure a win for McGovern; this plan was cut short. On May 15, 1972 Wallace was shot seriously crippled taking him out of the race, thus returning those votes back to Nixon. Nixon wins the election the following November.

Coincidence I think not. I tell you this for you to make of it what you will. We live in a society where whistleblowers are gone after, ridiculed and criticized, but if you ever found yourself thinking something somewhere was wrong you just might be right.

Here are some latest observations along with a recap of plans the evil doers have for us.

  • The global government or tyranny to be more exact will be run from the top by banks.
  • You will be charged carbon taxes, vat taxes, etc. Cap and trade has nothing to do with the environment. By admission from the elite themselves it has everything to do with collecting power and control at the top and making you a serf to them denying you your God given rights. Imagine paying taxes not to an elected government but to an unelected crooked bankster!
  • Big corporations plan to form a global corporate board that will promote a ‘spy on your neighbor’ program; this was done in Russia under Stalin. Wal-Mart has announced this in their stores with the ‘spy and report on other shoppers’ request.’ Hopefully we’re not that dumbed down yet.
  • Jessie Ventura’s show Conspiracy Theory had an episode called Police State that exposed the FEMA death camps, the government came to TRU TV and was told to not broadcast that episode again backed by threats the episode was pulled from the air.
  • Jay Rockefeller wants to shut down FOX, MSNBC and install a China style internet where news will be completely filled with only propaganda approved by them.
  • Zbigniew Brzezinski said “All of humanity is awake and starring at the elite.” The controlling elite are afraid, but the danger is greatest now because they are as a wounded beast.
  • Evil and tyranny is rising but so is there a rebirth of liberty. Jesus said I would have you be hot or cold but if you are lukewarm I spew you out of my mouth. People are waking up and they are resisting this tyranny.

Giving money and power to government is like giving whiskey and car keys to teenage boys.
– P.J. O’Rourke, Civil Libertarian

* During Regan Wendy Gram head of Commodity Futures Trading Corp. says derivatives are legal.

* Derivatives are unreportable and unregulated. Attempts were made to make them reportable but Greenspan said no that interferes with the ‘free market.’

* Law making derivatives illegal was changed under Regan by influence of daddy Bush in 1982: options on agriculture commodities were illegal under a New Deal law from 1936 to 1982.

* But no one wanted to deal in derivatives so Wendy Gram wife of Phil Gram connected to Bill Clinton in 1999 said their legal.

* Derivatives heavily contribute to the meltdown proving the ‘free market philosophy’ is a fraud.

* Big business CEOs, bankers and ‘royal’ elitists’ fanatics never believed the fantasy of the ‘free market’. The ‘free market’ is and always has been and always will be a convenient ideology for looting working people and their countries around the world.

* Now that the looting is coming to an end in the U.S. because we’re broke we’re seeing the propaganda for a facist corporate state.

The rich never believe in ‘free markets’. As proof they always enact laws to prevent competition from the new smaller player. Indeed by definition the minute any kind of a government is created the free market evaporates into nothingness. After all the first half of the word government is govern.

According to the Controler of the Treasury there are approxametally 182 trillion derivatives, that is 11 times more than the Gross National Product of the United States.

A derivative is worth nothing they have negative value. This is the toxic paper. When you hear the media say toxic paper they are talking about derivatives, but they don’t want to use that word for purposes of obfuscation. If they don’t you may connect the dots to the fact that only a banker can create a derivative. It is better for them to say some poor uneducated person got an ARM sub prime loan and by that action ‘oh my’ brought down the worlds banking system.

The present conditions of business cannot be accepted as satisfactory. There are too many who do not prosper enough, and of the few who prosper greatly there are certainly some whose prosperity does not mean well for the country. We wish to shape conditions so that a greater number of the small men who are decent, industrious and energetic shall be able to succeed, and so that the big man who is dishonest shall not be allowed to succeed at all. ~ ADDRESS BY THEODORE ROOSEVELT – Before the Convention of the National Progressive Party in Chicago, August, 1912

The absence of effective and especially national restraint upon unfair money getting has tended to create a small class of enormously wealthy and economically powerful men whose chief object is to hold and increase their power. The prime need is to change the condition which enable these men accumulate power which is not for the general welfare that they should not hold or exercise.

No man should receive a dollar unless that dollar has been fairly earned. Every dollar received should represent a dollars worth of service rendered not gambling in stocks, but service rendered. The really big fortune, the swollen fortune by the mere fact of its size acquires qualities that differentiated in kind as well as in degree from what is passed by men of relative small means.

Therefore I believe in a graduated income tax on big fortunes and in another tax which is far more easily collected and far more effective. A graduated inheritance tax on big fortunes properly safeguarded against evasion and increasingly rapidly in the amount of the estate. Theodore Roosevelt 1910

At a time when we are under the boot heel of ever increasing wealth of the few did you know?
* From the 1950’s to 1980 corporations paid 3 times more in taxes.

* FDR said if the private sector will not create jobs the government must. He created 11 million jobs. We need 30 million now.

* Compare the above to what we have now for example: In one of Obama’s little speeches all we got was a big banker’s push for cap and trade. When he talked about clean energy and jobs what jobs was he talking about? Five of the top 10 solar companies are in China. Sounds like those jobs will be in China or some here with the money going to China. No drama Obama.

* Too big to fail must be downsized. Most important reinstate the Glass-Steagall Act. Government financial rating agencies are controlled by the banksters.

* Billionaires pay no more than 15% in taxes.

* People have plenty of reason to be upset because the Congress has been no referee and has no regulation to make sure the market gives to the people what’s theirs such as economic protection; that’s the political mood.

* We need sensible regulation.

Regan’s trickle down has produced a nation of PEE-ONS.

Airport Employee Parking

Recently there was a quarrel between two bureaucrats concerning airport security. The more qualified person seeing no point in arguing any longer just quit. So far so good except he then goes to the media complaining how open O’Hare is to terrorist attack, and who does he point the finger at THE BELEGERED AIRLINE EMPLOYEE. He is of the opinion that employees are parking in a secured area. He’s right only that the employees are qualified to be there. These bureaucrats make me sick they spend four years or so shinning their pants at some college then get some government job never living in the real world of the business. These airports have never had trouble with employees on some jihad.

So now they are pushing the insane idea to have the employee’s park outside the airport on the NW corner, and then bus us all the way to the terminal. When there go through security then they must walk to the work area. That’s about 1hour but wait they have to go home that’s hour 2 hours. When you include the trip from home add another 30min to 1 hour for a grand total of around 4 hours without pay.

Let’s look at just some of what employees are responsible for. We’ll just look at the ground flight personal, keep in mind there are mechanics, flight attendants, pilots and ticket agents.

Ground flight crews are responsible for:

·        A 200 million airplane with 200 passengers’ lives.

·        Aircraft security checks inside the plane and out. Anywhere something could be placed that would cause harm or compromise the aircrafts integrity.

·        Dangerous goods acceptance. I could write an entire article of many pages for this one.

·        Hazwoper. This means first responders.

·        A list of procedures and tests that in hard copy would reach about 1 story high.

·        Ground flight crews are directed to challenge suspected terrorists unarmed.

·        Ramp personal are the cops when that truck pulls up to the freight dock. They have to create the paperwork and know how to check documents, proper freight packaging, contents, and a multitude of other things.

·        Ground flight personal are bonded backgrounds, qualifications, training, and credentials are checked regularly.

·        Ground flight personal directly handle more security matters than any government agency does on a daily basis. Yet they are hounded by so called airport cops if they blow a stop sign, not to mention what they put up with when it comes to management.

·        All this while suffering continuing wage and benefit cuts. And senior management always crying that their business model is so flawed that they want the employees to pay the company’s bills by working for next to nothing while they take for themselves fat financial rewards. They actually tried to have us believe that 44k per year is untenable luxury what bull shit.

·        Finally the mouths of bureaucratic fools have the nerve to say the airline employees are a security risk and not qualified to park at the hanger? Anybody who says that is not qualified for their job.
