Did You Know?

Tax wealth not work.

·    It’s getting to the point that you’ll need a bucket of gold to use as collateral to get a loan.
·    Rep. Steve King (R-IA) added an amendment to the agriculture bill that prevents the government from making payments to black farmers even though they won the settlement in a civil suit years ago. Slavery Reparations? Not at all. These are legally binding payments directed by the courts fairly won! Rosewood in the Congress. Pay ‘em you bastards.
·    Regan stopped enforcing the Sherman Act with the result ending what little protection we had against monopolies.
·    In 1793 George Washington pushed through the law that said all government bills were to be paid by import tariffs; it worked.
·    China has given a stimulus too the difference though is that 100% of the stimulus in China must be spent on Chinese made products in China.
·    19 countries around the world have domestic content laws. These countries have surpassed us in quality of living.
·    Ross Perot was right.
·    The depression continues 16% real unemployment, young and blue collar and older workers jobs pay sub-standard wages and benefits.
·    All the while being faced with an unpayable property tax.
·    The country is going backward toward the 1800’s and 1920’s. Meanwhile Wall Street, corporations and insurance companies pay zero taxes but get refunds used to buy congress to do away with all financial programs for the middle class along with sub-standard wages.
·    Bank of America had a 4.4 billion profit but somehow got a 1.9 million dollar refund from the IRS plus bonuses for executives and CEO’s.
To add to the stress of all this the media constantly pushes the doctrine that A HUMAN BEING IS NOT A LIFE UNLESS IT’S RICH WHITE, YOUNG and ATTRACTIVE or A HOLLYWOOD NIT WIT CELEB. ANY COLOR WILL DO. It’s revolting and worth revolting against! Join us today you’re not alone anymore we are the real people!

Possession Is Ten – 10ths Here

The race to the bottom is imposed on us by banksters – Mike Scilingo

On May 2, 2011 JP Morgan was short 200 million ounces of silver so the Chicago Mercantile Exchange notified all holders in silver paper contracts that their position limits were changing say in this example from $11,000 to $21,000 and if they wanted to hold that silver contract they would have to send in another $10,000. You see they changed the rules. Actually they changed the rules 5 times in the two weeks prior increasing the margin requirements.

Those who bought paper contracts for silver thought they had silver but they didn’t. If they couldn’t come up with more money their position was sold and the paper money they spent was gone! They were left with nothing. They were nothing more than a position on a chart!

Suddenly JP Morgan Chase who was short pocked up 38 million ounces of silver on the cheap from those who sold their silver along with another 34 million ounces that appeared. It’s all manipulation against speculation.

Silver will go up because economic policy hasn’t changed since Jimmy Carter signed Airline deregulation. If Congress would cut the corruption from the budget and start paying off the national debt the Federal Reserve could stop lending money to the congress and congress would start living within its means that would be a fundamental change. Silver and gold would then stabilize. Add to that a plan to strengthen the dollar.

So what to do? Cut the endless wars, bring our troops home. Force the rich to pay their share of their taxes, etc. and in addition rebuild the middle class. Start paying blue collar jobs from $33 to $47per hour. Millions of good paying jobs are needed starting with non-college blue collar union jobs. If you think that’s too much money to pay talk to Ben Bernanke because the banksters set the cost of living not the workers. Yes silver and the metals will continue to go up because of the failed economic policies of government. There are too many regulations on business not enough regulations on imports.

Why you may ask have the politicians done this to us? These things are necessary to destroy freedom and liberty and to establish a police state.

This is why you should always take physical possession of silver and gold, those who had lost nothing and are doing fine. Those who have possession practice protectionism; it’s a good word a word that the corporations use for their own good but a word that should never be used for your benefit.

The game put against us goes something like this. If a nation wants to borrow from the bankers the IMF looks at taxes brought in and the money spent out of the government. This is called the debt to income ratio. When the nation comes back to the banksters to borrow more this time with a bad enough credit rating the IMF begins the next step by charging large interest rates and drops the austerity bomb when the nation can’t pay back as the country is told it then must transfer its natural wealth and there by is divested of its gold and is replaced with crushing debt.

FYI Update August 2011

How about it a brat tax for the rich.

Did you know?
·    For 103 years the Tillman Act forbade any corporation, lawyer or officer to give contributions to candidates or campaigns until it was overturned by the Citizens United ruling.
·    47 thousand factories moved offshore during W. Bush’s years.
·    Since 2001 Illinois taxes have tripled.
·    Illinois property tax day is also April fools day, it figures.
·    Illinois governor Quinn hired 145 new workers while he raised taxes 67% and wants 8 more billion in loans. How much more will the burden grow for the average working person in the private sector?
·    18 thousand companies use 1 small house address in the Cayman Islands to evade taxes yet your paycheck doesn’t even match current inflation. And that’s legal?
·    Hyde Park High School, Chicago, Obama’s neighborhood, had 880 students with failed grades fraudulently raised. And they’re going to raise property taxes again!
·    In an emergency within 2 hours the Red Cross can seize all the food in a state.
·    The Price Anderson Act puts us the people on the hook to publicly insure all nuclear radiation plants because no private insurance would take on such an insane risk.
·    According to Forbes magazine the happiest countries on earth are 1. Norway. 2. Denmark. 10. United States. How’s that free trade global plantation work’in for ya?
·    Here’s an idea let’s have a brat pack tax. For every million given to a rich brat kid let him keep $550,000.
·    OPIC (Overseas Private Investment Corporation) is a government agency that promotes American companies to send jobs to other countries like China, India or Mexico. For the move it guarantees $67,000 per American displaced to the employer. Who’s using protectionism now? Your tax dollars at work to displace you.
·    Time to add to Federal Judge Stephen Robinson to the impeach list. June 16, 2010 Port Chester, New York a judge in NY has ruled Hispanics will have 6 votes per one person, or six people one time or three people two times. That’s right you can vote for one candidate six times. Hey judge how about one man one vote. Oh but that would end tyranny and return us to a Constitutional republic, sorry.
·    74 people in the U.S. make an average 519 million/yr. personal income that’s 10 million/wk on average. Shouldn’t their names be published? These are the club elites, Bilderberg, CFR, Club of Rome, Tri Lateral Commission, etc.
·    Meanwhile 85% of the American people want to change their job because greedy corporations have frozen their paychecks.

The Problem with the Economy is Deregulation

In my many years I have come to a conclusion that one useless man is a shame, two is a law firm, and three or more, is a congress. ~ John Adams

One major problem with the economy is this constant steamroller of deregulation and the laissez-faire mindset that is building the Global Plantation resulting in the destruction of the middle class. Here is a brief history.

1. Lyndon Johnson establishes the Maquiladora program known as the first NAFTA. Maquiladora is officially called IMMEX, translation Industria Manufacturera, Maquildora y de Servicios de Exportación. The program was initiated in 1965 and laid out the rules to be followed by foreign companies (American) wanting to establish industry on the northern border of Mexico. The American companies are exempt from import taxes and pay a slave wage with no benefits.
2. Jimmy Carter goes insane in the last two years of his presidency and signs the Airline Deregulation Act that lays the foundation format for all deregulation in the U.S. thus starting the systematic destruction of the middle class.
3. Regan’s attack and war begins in earnest against the middle class by his appalling insurgency against the unions starting with decertifying PATCO (Professional Air Traffic Controllers Organization). Secondly not enforcing laws protecting society against corporate infringement upon the natural freedoms of the people, workers and their jobs.
4. Regan’s Ed Meese begins the “No Tolerance policy” on drugs which was the first really big step toward the police state.
5. Then daddy Bush who began the push for the failed trade agreements like NAFTA. He started the outsourcing of jobs to Mexico. The people voted for Clinton to stop daddy Bush’s NAFTA.
6.    Billy Clinton signs NAFTA in 1994. In 1995 Clinton signs the Telecommunications Act deregulating the media meaning the number of radio & TV station ownership one man or corporation can have in any and all markets. Hence shutting down any voice labor still had or could have by allowing big money to buy up and consolidate all the media markets in the U.S. resulting that now in the main only the corporate voice is heard. Contrast that to when I was a boy we had Mutual the Voice of Labor on the radio. Clinton with pals like Phil Gramm wipe out the Glass-Steagall Act thus deregulating the banks, replaced with Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act which allow commercial banks, investment banks, securities firms, and insurance companies to consolidate. A bank can now be an insurance company and vise-versa. To stop this and the shooting war against the American people the people vote for Bush Jr.
7. All this laid the foundation for George W. Bush’s deregulation depression, which continues today. W’s tax cuts for the rich, W’s Middle East wars of occupation, W’s Patriot Act, the attack on the 4th Amendment, W’s appointing Supreme Court judges that interpret the Constitution unconstitutionally by ruling for example, Wal-Mart can destroy blocks of homes to build a store using the rational the pubic uses Wal-Mart that defines for them eminent domain. Baloney, Wal-Mart is not the commons. Let us not forget the Citizens United ruling as well. Finally W’s all time great banking crisis implosion. After 30 years of replacing stability with a house of cards through deregulation American society had finally fallen and is still falling because now the banksters say they don’t have liquidity among other things.
8. Enter Barock Obama the flip flopper who the banksters have designated to bring us down to the next level. What is that? Can you believe he has put Social Security on the table for a concession to the Republi-rats? Hey Obama here’s a headline Social Security is not an entitlement it’s an insurance policy! Also this is working people’s personal savings money and they do have a say in its deposition, I don’t care what is written anywhere else; that’s moral law. Basically Obama is continuing to protect this failed policy of deregulation across the land which continues the plan of national suicide. Yes the messiah is just another politician.

If our nation is to have a future we must stop allowing the greedsters from taking us backward. We must set the agenda forward and re-regulate what was deregulated, after all we do it all the time in our own lives, when a mistake is made we correct it. We must correct the mistake called Daddy Rich Takes over Washington and Brings the Middle Class Down to Third World Levels.

Deadly Radiation Nuclear Power Study

Radiation is not healthy but the media and government says some is ok. The real answer is none is ok. Associated Press has done a year long investigation of U.S. nuclear plants. The study revealed these facts.
·    ¾ of U.S. nuke power plants are leaking tritium into the ground, often into ground water. The pipes are old and corded. The leaks are escalating.
·    Yet the government is extending the life cycles of these plants.
·    From the NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission) tritium has been found leaking from 48 out of 65 sites.
·    AP examined NRC records and has found leaks at least 37 concentrations of radioactive tritium from these plants exceeding the federal drinking water standard sometimes by 100’s of times the federal limit.
·    At 3 sites 2 in Illinois and one in Minnesota leaks have contaminated drinking wells of nearby homes.
·    In NJ tritium has leaked into an underground water aquifer and a discharge cannel that feeds Barnegat Bay off the Atlantic Coast.
·    It has been known that all US nuclear power plants are leading some radioactive elements. The Japanese government now admits that Fukashima now has multiple meltdowns and will if not already has melt-through of the containment centers otherwise known as the China Syndrome.
We must move forward to clean free energy. The technology has been there for quite some time.

Sinn Fein Has a 3 Point Plan

Sinn Fein seeks the establishment of a new Ireland based on sustainable social and economic development; genuine democracy, participation, equality and justice at all levels of the economy and society; and a lasting and meaningful peace with unity of purpose and action. ~ From SinnFein’s policy statement

Sinn Fein comes from the Irish Gaelic expression for “We Ourselves”. It’s probably and as some in the know say it is the oldest political movement or party in Ireland.

Well the Sinn Fein party is doing something to eliminate the depression in Ireland. Surrounded by obstacles they are continuing to work through the bad guys trying to bring economic justice to the people of Ireland. The following is a 3 point plan they have come up with to eliminate the depression and something we should be presenting here in the states.

1.    Reverse the budget cuts.
2.    Impose losses on the bond holders who invested in Irelands crippled banks, this is the opposite of TARP, this is the real world. Those who lended money to the banks for the purpose of the banks ability to gamble that same money Sinn Fein is saying you rich gambled you lost you will now live with your loss just like anybody else that gambles and looses.
3.    Of course as in every other country whose government allows the treasury to tank with too much debt the IMF has its austerity program; this program completely destroys working people. Well Sinn Fein is saying they will tear that piece of paper up as well. Yep the IMF will not prosecute their evil in Ireland. To hell with free trade and the EU we are going to go on our own.

Now watch and see because of this platform Sinn Fein probably will go from being a marginal fringe party with 5 members of Parliament to being the second most powerful party in Ireland in future elections. Hey Democrats how’s that for a platform you can believe in! If the Democrats would be a labor party again they would never loose an election. Never has the time been more right than now, we can start by re-regulating the airline fares take those profits and fill the paychecks of the lowest paid employees back to the current standard of living or better yet a standard worth living for.

Alaskan Airlines Contract Ratified

“Labor is prior to, and independent of, capital. Capital is only the fruit of labor, and could never have existed if labor had not first existed. Labor is the superior of capital, and deserves much the higher consideration.” ___Abraham Lincoln

From the TWU Express Local 542 flight dispatchers at Alaska Airlines, ratified a new four – year contract that provides wage increases and quality of life improvements.

The contract provides that mean wages will keep up with the increasing cost of living and workers have provisions to ensure a decent job.

According to John E. Plowman, President of Local 542, “This contract represents an agreement that was achieved through open, honest conversation the company and union.”

Ah the key words here are OPEN AND HONEST. This is only what any of the airline employees want and need. Ask yourself how many executives are paid less than the mean cost of living? Get the picture? So let’s get it together you other airlines and prove to Wall Street, employees, shareholders and the public that you are qualified to sit in that chair. After all there is more to running an airline than refusing to pay your employees a cost of living raise while paying yourselves a lavish lifestyle at their expense.

If the government can ignore the Declaration of Independence and reject the Constitution; if it can force people to speak when they prefer to remain silent then this great venue for freedom will pass away. ~ Judge Napolitano

From the IRS
In 1992 the top 400 incomes total taxable income paid was 16.9 billion, which was a 29.2% tax rate.

In 2008 total tax paid by the top 400 was 90.9 billion that number means the tax rate fell to 21.5%. That’s only 16 years. And remember this is only the federal tax and does not include investment breaks.

The IRS is taking 27% less in taxes than in the recession of 2001. Per capita taxes are down 32%.

Yet the Republicans see the major problem in the country as the rich don’t have enough toys. They say we need to cut their taxes by another 1/3rd, and to pay for it by taking it from the disabled, the sick, the poor, the elderly, and the working poor, those with little or no voice. Paul Ryan requires his staff to read Ian Rand, Mark Rubio says you’re weakened because you have Social Security and take care of your parents. First they decimate your job, then they decimate your paycheck and now you’re defined by Rubio as a substandard American because you and your parents have Social Security and Medicare. Enough said.

Who is the top 1%? According to the Washington Post 41% are non-financial executives. 18% are financial professionals. 3% are media figures. Yet 60% of college graduates are living at home; their pay checks are going to the rich because the money isn’t recycled into R&D and production, etc.

CORPORATE GREED AND THE ATTACK ON LABOR
1.    You destroy the unions.
2.    Get rules enacted that limit shareholder or make it impossible to limit CEO and executive pay.
3.    Lower your tax rates.
4.    Get the public into mutual funds which never challenge what the executives get paid.
5.    Create a bubble of financial protection for executives while developing and enacting a great plan to destroy the middle class.

The Rise of Meanness

“If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their Fathers conquered… ~ Thomas Jefferson

Corporations don’t dodge taxes. People do. The people who run corporations. One of the quintessential freedoms is your company must pay you a wage at least comparable to the present standard of living. All labor costs that are a little above the present standard of living are proper. Within this realm there are no high labor costs.

James 5 message to the rich states:
“Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten.
Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.
Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth.
Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter.
Ye have condemned [and] killed the just; [and] he doth not resist you.”
So let’s look at some examples. From a report from the Institute for Policy Studies, of last year’s 100 top paid corporate CEO pay, 25 took home more in pay than their company paid in 2010 federal income taxes. These 25 CEOs averaged $16.7 million. The firms, all combined, had 566 tax haven subsidiaries.

The gap between CEOs and workers in the United States has widened to 325 times more pay than average American workers. But that’s not enough for them now their latest scam is the corporations are paying CEOs more in compensation that they pay in federal taxes. Yet they want everything from you every day but give nothing to you in return and because of the failed policies out of Washington it’s getting worse.
