CEO Pay A Moral Theft

By Mike Scilingo

John K. Galbraith said: “The salary of the chief executive of a large corporation is not a market award for achievement. It is frequently in the nature of a warm personal gesture by the individual to himself.”

The average CEO pay at about 10.54 million is 344 to 400 times higher than the typical employees pay. This is the old robber baron policy of that funnels wealth up rather than having it more equitability and morally along class lines.

From TOO MUCH a few facts. “The 20 U.S. financial firms that have received the most bailout dollars from taxpayers awarded their top five executive officers, in the three years through 2008, pay packages worth a combined $3.2 billion. These 100 financial executives, on their way to driving the U.S. economy off a cliff, averaged $32 million each. One hundred U.S. workers making the 2008 annual average wage would have to labor over 1,000 years to make as much as these 100 executives made in three.”
America’s Bailout Barons, the latest Institute for Policy Studies Executive Excess report, September 2, 2009

The greed hurts everyone even non-employees. In 1982 according to Forbes, an entrepreneur only needed a little more than 100 million to get on the list of the Forbes 400. By 2008 that same entrepreneur would need at least 1.3 billion to be in the top 400. In other words in the last twenty years so much wealth has been transferred to the few at the top that 100 million is now considered chump change.

It gets worse, Congressional reports state that widespread tax avoidance tricks, like off-shore banks that don’t report accounts the IRS, have cost taxpayers more than 2 billion per year. Couldn’t that 2 billion be used to lower your property tax or give all teachers a pay raise especially those that teach special education?

The Oregon Outrage HB 3311 The Road User Fee Pilot Project

On July 23, 2009 Democrat Congressman Earl Blumenaur introduced a bill HB 3311; this bill will appropriate $154,000,000 to direct the Secretary of the Treasury to establish a pilot program to study alternatives to the current system of taxing motor vehicle fuels, including systems based on the number of miles traveled by each vehicle. You can read the entire bill at http://thenewspaper.com/rlc/docs/2009/us-hr3311.pdf .

This bill is designed to transition us to a per mile vehicle tax system called The Road User Fee Pilot Project and would be administered by the Treasury Department otherwise know as the IRS. This system will track all American cars using a new form of taxation. Cars will be taxed by the mileage they drive.

Under the bill the IRS or Treasury will appropriate $154,000,000 of taxpayers money in the form of free grants to well connected commercial manufactures of tolling equipment to help develop the technology and within 18 months of the bill’s passage the Treasury Department will file a report stating the best methods for placing in use the new federal transportation tax.           This means that if your car is in the parking lot at work and you reposition it within the lot you owe a tax to the Rothschild IRS. Further it means that every car in America will be tracked through whatever method they choose. This constitutes absolute surveillance whether on public or private property, welcome to another attack on the 4th amendment.

You have an old car you say and so will not have one of these devices installed, wrong. They will simply pass a law that mandates all cars to have the tattle tale equipment.

Though Blumenaur hates cars, in my opinion I’m sure he didn’t write this bill. Bills like this are written in hell by the hand of Lucifer and passed through his think tanks, foundations or any of a host of groups that then pass such bills to a worthy member on their village idiot and or traitors list. Or is it because they will continue to protect the oil industry instead of going to free energy, could it be the lap dogs are preparing a tax based on $12.00 per gallon gas?

A Pending Threat; Proposed Extortion Taxes to the FAA

By Mike Scilingo

The airlines are lobbying the FAA a proposal  to charge a user fee to access the IFR (instrument flight rules) system, this means that every time a private pilot wants and needs to fly an approach he or she will be charged a fee to file and fly IFR then be charged again to fly the approach to the airport.

The cost of flying is so expensive today that many pilots have had to give up flying. For those who still fly this tax or access fees will cause pilots to take unnecessary chances when the weather is marginal. Pilots will push beyond the safety limits and try to make it through bad weather without using the IFR system they have already paid for. As it is to maintain an IFR rating a pilot must stay proficient, this is done by shooting 6 approaches every 6 months 3 night and 3 day landings to keep current. Now if the pilot is charged for every time he accesses the tower and every time he needs to use the system there is a great incentive not to practice, because the cost has gone to extremes. This is an obvious ploy to eliminate as many general aviation pilots as they can. We pilots have always been heavily burdened with high fuel and maintenance costs, such as rules that require certified A&P (aircraft & powerplant) mechanics to perform an annual inspection of the aircraft that costs a minimum of 2 to 3 thousand dollars whether there is anything wrong or not, and I haven’t even mentioned insurance costs yet. Insurance has probably knocked more pilots out of the sky than anything else as far as high costs are concerned. This fee will put a disperportionate burden on small aircraft owners and renters.

Here is how the outrageous fee would work against the small airplane pilot. The fees for a given airliner would be the same as for say a single engine 4 seat Piper or Cessna. One airliner with 200 passengers can afford to pay an access fee much easier than a 4 seat general aviation airplane with only the pilot to pay the same fee to fly the same approach. You can see how this is a much more disperportionate burden on the one pilot compared to the big airliner. Also the small airplane pilot may shoot 12 or 20 approaches in a week or two while the airline pilot though shooting the same or more approaches pays nothing the airline company does.

The current system uses fuel taxes which is anonymous and is the same for everyone if you fly more you pay more and that’s the proper way to apply user fees rather than an access fee. The people own the airways and the system is to be provided to them and it is the government’s job to insure that. Europe has the access tax and it is a complete disaster, and a major intrusion of privacy through unnecessary fees.

This rotten scheme has and is being proposed through the Bush and now Obama administrations.

Just another example of the citizens’ fight against a government run by the criminally insane.

The Economic Chickens are Coming Home to Roost

The airline industry was never intended to operate as a conglomeration of flying Greyhound Bus services. With fewer and fewer people able to afford air travel; airlines are being forced to adhere to market realities.

I see only two possible scenarios for airlines: (1) A government takeover (which is preferred by those with a big-government mind-set) or (2) a continuing and dramatic increase in fares, which would force airlines to return to their roots – meaning a mode of travel to be used only by those who can actually afford to fly. In blunt terms, it would mean that the backpack-and-sandals crowd would have to go back to traveling by bus.

It’s getting harder and harder for the government to sugarcoat the truth, because the realities of our once free-market economy are far more powerful than the lies and schemes of politicians. Right now, rising prices of certain essentials (such as groceries) along with collapsing housing prices are two of the most visible examples of this.

Even though few people in America have the slightest understanding of the underlying causes of our financial demise, the harsh reality is that there is no turning back. Actions have consequences, and decades of politically inspired socialism cannot escape the effects of universal law.

And what do politicians offer as solutions? Bank and auto-industry bailouts, mammoth spending bills euphemistically referred to as “stimulus packages,” tax-increase proposals – and more and more free goodies for all those “in need.” As I said, there is no turning back now. People are addicted to the good-life aberration provided by our nanny state, and no politician has the nerve to tell them that the well is now dry.

There are two possible outcomes to all this. One is a deflationary depression, which in many ways would be far worse than the Great Depression of the 1930s. The second (and more likely) scenario is runaway inflation, which would render the U.S. dollar worthless. With their vote-buying bailouts and “stimulus packages,” this is the path the U.S. government is now on.

American Airlines drug bust nets dozens

Last Updated: Friday, November 10, 2000 | 11:51 PM ET

CBC News

Nearly 60 American Airlines employees were arrested Wednesday, accused of smuggling cocaine, marijuana and other drugs into the United States in such things as airline food trays, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration announced.

The staff indicted in the investigation, dubbed Operation Ramp Rat, were mainly ramp workers and baggage handlers, government officials said. No pilots, flight attendants or management were implicated in the smuggling ring.

Points of entry for the drugs included Philadelphia and San Juan, and some of the arrests took place at Miami International Airport.

As part of their investigation, undercover agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms approached suspects.

An ATF spokesman said the suspects used their security clearances to get handguns and explosives provided by the agents onto airport ramps, and then loaded onto planes.

American Airlines said it cooperated in the investigation, and that it found the employees’ actions disturbing.

Our only comment:

We the employees find our paychecks disturbing.

Let’s See What Happens

I’ve been hearing lately many interesting things, let’s review some of them here and see what happens.

Two things that will happen is the Fall/Winter of 2009, first a bigger collapse of the system. Second the erosion of Obamas’ popularity which is already happening.

They will argue to us that they have to keep the bailouts going, and you the public must continue to erode your living standards to pay for the bailout bubble. From the Schultz newsletter another FDR bank holiday.

Now for the known and sometimes these days, the obvious.

There is a program to reduce the world’s population. How will this be done? That will be reserved for another article.

  • Use the same forces that put the NAZIS in power. These forces came from Britain and worked through the secret societies such as Thule.
  • Use the same or similar format used with Mussolini to bring forth a type of corporatism as was used in Italy resulting in Fascism.
  • Corporatism or Globalism where corporate cartels control everything.
  • The United States is to be a rust belt. The auto industry will change in such a way as to loose our machine tool educated craftsmen.

What works well for health care will be dismantled. In time high tech medical centers will be shut down. This based on the Obama administration is saying it costs too much to treat people. They will reduce care to reduce the costs, this will kill many people young and old. Read the articles by Ezekiel Emanuel (Obama’s ‘Deadly Doctor) and Peter Orszags Medicare Plan the so called brains behind this plan. For example they don’t talk about health care they talk about saving money. Why do they talk about saving money? Because they have to protect the toxic assets of the banks.

Finally the liar Larry Summers said in the Washington Post “the regulations didn’t keep pace with financial innovation.” The regulations didn’t keep pace because Summers got rid of them, and who do they give more power to none other than the Federal Reserve. Thus the saps that supported Obama are getting change alright; it’s the change I predicted, change for the worst. They are not talking about the toxic debt because it’s worse than any American can imagine. The BIS knows that nothing has been done to eliminate the collateral debt obligations. The debt is so big there is no way the world can absorb it. We’re possibility talking about quadrillions here. The system is finished it’s only a matter of time.

What If?

What would the nation’s wealth and the wealth of the average American be if energy technology advancements hadn’t been suppressed in the last 120 years?

How much would your life be improved if you never had a utility bill and didn’t need gas for the car? What if all that money you saved went into silver and gold over your lifetime?

What would be the difference in liabilities if health care technology hadn’t been suppressed?

What would the national debt be if we used ten trillion to pay down the debt?

What would the national debt be if we eliminated professional bankers and had the nation’s money issued by the congress through the Treasury?

By understanding a problem that’s where you find the solution.

In the destruction of the old let there be the creation of the new.

  • It took 232 years to bring the deficit to 9 trillion.
  • In the bailout or Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 (H.R. 1424) the United States assumed $700 billion in the purchase of bad assets from financial institutions overnight.
  • In a bailout/Housing bill the people of the United States were crushed with another 5 trillion overnight.
  • In one week we were indentured 9 to 14 trillion in debt.

Money that has been pulled out of the nation by criminal means;

  • Iraq – Afghanistan money MIA
  • 4 plus trillion missing from the federal government

Major stock market manipulation

The Bubble That Can Take Your Freedom

We may be entering a bailout bubble. While broke the government continues to bail out companies with money it doesn’t have, the government is rewarding incompetent management and incompetent banks. By not allowing the financial system to flush itself out they will be taxing the people that would like to step up and fill these positions with new and more competent management and better products like science and technology such as free energy development to market. If the people we need cannot and will not step forward into the debt and tax pit the result will be the nation will go into a perpetual economic decline. Remember until 1994 we were the largest creditor nation in the world. Then Bill Clinton stabbed the nation in the heart with NAFTA.

Since the government is broke it puts the physical land of the nation up for collateral to whoever they borrow from. Currently it’s the Red Chinese, the Saudis, the Japanese and whoever else, but at some point these creditors will realize the debt pit their in and they will cut off borrowing to the U.S. The only source left then will be the Federal Reserve Board. If you have been watching Zimbabwe lately you know that fiat money has no value and devalues the money that already exists even more. Eventually the nation falls apart because now everybody will need a bailout because everybody will be broke. One can see this process by looking at people that are there now.

As long as the government wants to bow down to the banksters program by maintaining the illusion that the government can solve these problems while ignoring certain key things the government really should do it will only get worse. This being the case the more we continue down this path the worse the economy will get. In my opinion that’s what the banksters want because that will provide the justification for even greater interference in our personal lives. This is the Hegelian Dialectic in action as the government creates more problems it creates the need for more government solutions which build and grow until one day we wake up to find that we over time we have surrendered our rights and our liberties. As the government acquires more power it will become a fascist government as it spirals down into a police state becoming more and more corrupt. And that will be very difficult to reverse when the people have no guns, no militia, little food and the Constitution a dead letter.

Perhaps the Bank will offer the Amero as a solution to the monetized dollar. Will they then offer us entrance into the North American Union with no rights, no freedom, no nation and maybe ten regions that used to be the United States?

Fuel Is Out – Free Is In

The government is not interested in a free economy for the future, that’s because we have a government by deal not democracy. So we have too big to fail, forced takeovers, crushing debt, sky high-economic crisis taxes, politician connected law firms and double dipping inflexible bureaucrats, sucking the last life’s blood from what’s left of the middle class. A major component of this is fuel.

The government doses not want real advancements in energy. While the media and society blames the oil companies and the Arabs and while these two are rightly guilty as sin for their price gouging schemes the biggest criminal is the government.

So why is the government against energy advancements, cap and trade not withstanding, because when it comes to energy the only way is up. Fuel is out the next step are free energy engines, not hybrids. Free energy has been with us since the 1920’s so it’s long overdue, whether it’s the Japanese magnetic engine that can be seen on You Tube or the water engine that gets 100 miles per 4oz. of water. We must be free of the “juice” dealer.

Doesn’t free energy sound great? Imagine never having to stop at a gas station again with an engine that shows no wear until about 96 years! But wait; if you could have a free energy car why not a free energy house? Yep imagine two boxes on the side of the house one as a backup delivering enough electricity for 10 homes connected to just one, that’s more juice than you’ll ever use, all free as the air you breathe. It gets better; now that you have free electricity who needs the gas company?

So why doesn’t the government encourage and promote free energy? They can’t tax what’s free! If we are ever going to bring prosperity back to the USA we’re going to need a technological revolution. Just think of all those people now working for the utilities that will be free to find honest work starting with the CEO and the board.

Free energy would cause such an explosion of freedom and wealth for common people such as the world has never seen. It’s way past time to infiltrate the political parties with elected representatives that will accept nothing less. Free energy for a free people.
