The Government May Not Be Redeemable

There are things that can redeem our government. I feel President Obama will fail in the long run because he is not doing any of the following things that would restore the Republic. The New World Order always talks of building a utopia here, well imagine the paradise that would be created for the middle class if we did the following, if we don’t we may loose our freedom completely.

The word natural must be before person in the 14th amendment. Super mega corporations with unlimited power and money were not envisioned by the founding fathers for us. The word natural in the 14th amendment would do much to eliminate the illegal alien jackpot (ancor) baby problem. It would not allow corporations to call themselves persons.

To redeem our government we must do what the enemy has done; infiltrate! Yes infiltrate government positions from top to bottom with populist patriots. People with a proper education defined as well versed in our history and the tactics bankers and corporations have used to steal our money and our representation, and then pass laws to protect the nation, repeal laws, agencies and policies that work for the companies against the people. End usury for the banks and of course eliminate the Federal Reserve Bank.

  • We must get the corporations out of the government.
  • We must have campaign finance reform eliminate corporate money to politicians.
  • The people must have access to the corporations’ books and laws must be passed and enforced forcing corporations to be responsible to their employees, customers, nation and communities again.
  • Eliminate the FEC (Federal Election Commission) so that we can open up the election process to a third party.
  • Absolutely eliminate all forms of electric voting machines. Voting with a paper ballot should be used and made in such a way that a receipt of your vote is created and can be later be verified in case of a recount.
  • Get out of NAFA type agreements and bring back good paying jobs.

There is more than the above to be done but these things would at least point the nation in the right direction; back to independence.

A Race to the Top

When I was young my parent’s generation had very little access to credit. About the only things they used credit for was a car and a home. What they did have however was a rising paycheck. That’s right cash money no credit, no credit cards, no loans, no stress, no foreclosures no bankruptcy. There was always another business or factory across the street where one could find another good paying job. They lived in a nation where everywhere it was a race to the top. To always build better, be better, to increase personal character and education, to become a better person meant you were part of the National character and that meant to be part of the race to the top. Unlike today where the nation (starting at the top) is in a race to the bottom and at the bottom is national suicide.

Do you really in your heart believe that you and your family, your children should be sacrificed at the feet of a handful of filthy brain diseased criminal parasites we call CEOs bankers and politicians?

Pledge of Allegiance – to India

If you think Democratic Party politicians are for us read this. Anyone who is still under the fantasy that just because a person is a black politician they’re safe for blacks READ BELOW. Some blacks (along with her white counter parts) like Representative Sheila Jackson-Lee below still support selling blacks out and selling them into, if not slavery at least crushing poverty, read “Sheila baby” below. She reminds me of that African Queen (I forget the name) that sold blacks into slavery for, was it pooka shells? Read Sheila’s comments as she collects her bag of shells. When the NWO starts selling black (& white) families on the block as chattel again I’m sure Sheila Jackson Lee will make a fine auctioneer. This is from a document entitled “Pledge of Allegiance – to India”. Of course I recommend you read the whole thing. You can access the entire document at http://www.thesocialcontract.com/artman2/publish/tsc1404/article_1241.shtml you may need to scroll down a bit but its all there.

The India Caucus mission statement (20) claims that they are interested in the “facilitation of trade and commerce with India… visas,… and the promotion of Indian culture in the United States.” Their true agenda is to thwart all attempts by labor advocacy groups to limit the off shoring of jobs to India, provide unlimited and unregulated H-1B and L-1 visas so that Indians can wreak labor arbitrage in the United States, and to drive a wedge between our country and Pakistan. Adding insult to injury this betrayal of trust is subsidized at taxpayers’ expense.

Taxpayers aren’t the only ones who foot the caucus bill. The National Association of Software and Service companies (NASSCOM) and the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) are funded by Indian businesses that consider spending money to woo our Congress a worthwhile business expense. These organizations sponsor lavish junkets for our politicians in Mumbai and Bangalore to influence their voting behavior. As an example, in April of 2003 an entourage of Democratic caucus members were wined and dined in Mumbai. Junketeers included Reps. Sheila Jackson Lee (TX), Chris Bell (TX), Kendrick Meek (FL), and Joseph Crowley (NY). These representatives assured Indian millionaires that they don’t have to worry about labor activists in the United States who strive to preserve a semblance of the American middle-class by saving good-paying jobs. Sheila Jackson Lee’s speech in Mumbai must have sounded like a soothing mantra to her Indian audience when she ranted against “unhealthy” legislation to protect American workers from the ravages of outsourcing. Lee sang to the choir when she told the wealthy aristocrats that it’s a “win-win situation” when U.S. jobs are sent to Mumbai.(8) Jackson reassured her cheering Mumbai audience that she will do everything possible to raise the H-1B yearly cap so that more Indians can flood our labor markets.

A Catastrophe At Many Levels

From Irving Wesley Hall’s article What’s Good For General Motors – Is Now Good for China. “In just fifty years–under both Democratic and Republican administrations– the United States has gone from the world’s major creditor to the greatest debtor. Tax payers spend $2 billion a day just to service the national debt. Over a trillion dollars of that amount is held by Japanese and Chinese bankers. Obama’s administration has pushed the nation’s debt to an unprecedented $6.36 trillion.” And Obama has not brought back one good paying job to pay that back. “Both mothers and fathers have to work to feed their families–sometimes two jobs or more! According to one estimate only three out of ten children today have stay-at-home moms! Who has time to read, to think, to become an informed citizen, or to understand what’s happening to us? Is there any wonder that so many of us are deeply in debt? How can we afford new cars? How do we find time to take political action for our common good?”

People are fundamentally good but they are facing a catastrophe at many levels. Some important events that they have used to attack and destroy the middle class were:

  • Both Kennedy’s – King and Hoffa were eliminated
  • 1979 Airline Deregulation
  • 1994 NAFTA passed supported by both Bush and Clinton
  • 1999 The Glass Stegall and Smoot – Hawley Tariff  acts gone
  • Globalization – known as the global plantation
  • The people were sold out to Banks and Corporations by Congress
  • Lack of history taught in our schools
  • A hive mentality pushed in schools instead of promoting the individual
  • Students trained to be worker drones bounced from one corporation to another
  • The council of the older generation is being set aside and not listened to

The result is the fading and eliminating of the middle class in favor of lock stepping drones who are incapable of forming individual thought or to see through the plans resulting in their subjugation.

A New Better Paradigm

Through their dumbing down of our children a new lower paradigm of thought is being created including social, moral, non-accountability, live only in the moment, all are victims of something; non planning, this results in a lack of compassion for anyone else. The victimhood belief system breeds an attitude of a lack of compassion for others, it wants reparations for itself. The idea is to inculcate a lack of caring in the person, the ‘I don’t care syndrome’ which aided by technology grows into more and more isolation, isolation so as to avoid groups because groups form power, solutions and individual thinking. Individual thinking presents plans to the group plans that can free the group and the individual from the policies and laws that enslave them.

Independent thought breaks the hive mentality. It invites others to think for themselves, to find solutions outside the hive. It allows compassion for others because now secure in his own mental framework he is free to give his unique talents to help others and teach those who long for that freedom how to achieve it and that breed movements, such movements that start in education of the truth. Without the hive burden of for example political correctness people study history and begin to take back what theirs is rightfully up to and including protectionist laws that build and nurture a middle class with good paying jobs.

A Wonderful Thing Is Happening

As we know foreclosures are happening at record numbers all over the country. Loans that never should have been given are following their normal course that is not being paid. I heard a story of a real estate agent saying to a friend that he was giving loans to people that don’t qualify and that they would be in foreclosure in six months. He said he had to approve these loans because if he did the right thing and deny the loan his broker would fire him.

Well now that the preverbal chickens have come home to roost some people have discovered a point of law and are using it; bless them. They are going to the court with their lawyer and contesting the foreclosure by demanding the bank produce the deed and proper documents. In their real estate orgy the banks couldn’t wait to package and sell these loans to who knows how many times. The result is that the bank these days doesn’t know where the deed is or who has it therefore cannot produce it to the court. The judges have been saying no deed no foreclosure. The people can stay in the house until such documents are produced, finally a win for those in the middle class in the war against those who are working to destroy it.

One such Justice Arthur M. Schack lays it on the line. Every week, the nation’s mightiest banks come to his court seeking to take the homes of New Yorkers who cannot pay their mortgages. And nearly as often, the judge says, “they file foreclosure papers speckled with errors.”

He plucks out one motion and leafs through: a Deutsche Bank representative signed an affidavit claiming to be the vice president of two different banks. His office was in Kansas City, Mo., but the signature was notarized in Texas. And the bank did not even own the mortgage when it began to foreclose on the homeowner. If you would like to see it copy and paste the following link. http://decisions.courts.state.ny.us/fcas/fcas_docs/2008jan/2300223752006101sciv.pdf

The judge circular filed that one and rejected it. I recommend one never get involved with Deutsche Bank and or Argent Mortgage probably the two most corrupt outfits in the business in my opinion.

Yes a wonderful thing is happening and is spreading across the land. Thank you judge Schack and those like you who are in the fight to reclaim our heritage.

Reality Update #1 For The Airlines

My fathers had it right the airline industry was intended to be regulated and not operate as a flying cattle car. With fewer and fewer people able to afford air travel; airlines are for the first time since deregulation being forced to recognize market realities.

For the last 30 years all airlines have been subsidized by their employees. Here’s how it works the cheapest ticket in town is say around $1500.00. The passenger pays $500.00 and the employees pay $1000.00 which is deducted from their paycheck, and what little benefits they had, such as vacation give backs, eliminating holidays and pay cuts from forced overtime to straight pay. Meanwhile upper management enjoys the holiday with their families. For example how many times will you spend Christmas with your children when they’re eight years old? That’s right only once and never again. That’s ok the employee accepts that but he or she must be compensated for that sacrifice. This is what management conveniently calls concessions.

Yes concessions that lovely word that management has used for over the last 30 years as a gun put to the employees head with all the associated threats. And when this much needed money is forcibly taken from the mouths of the children, delivered now and forever what is the response of management? Bonuses, yes lavishing themselves with million dollar plus bonuses for over 7 thousand plus executives with smaller pay raises all the way down to the supervisor on the shop floor.

The truth is deregulation is a failed business model. When an industry claims for over 30 years it cannot pay its vital employees (yes including the ramp people the most unrespected group of all) a living wage that model is a failure and will eventually go the way of the dodo bird. As I’ve been saying for years I see only one possible scenario for the airlines: the government must force the airlines to make money again. This is done by reinstituting the CAB and regulating fares for all the airlines. There will be an increase in fares which would force the industry a return to its roots, thereby providing a realistic service used only by those who can actually afford to fly. This would also revitalize a much needed bus line industry. Yes Virginia flying really is expensive.

Are The Airlines Are Slowly Making First Class First Class Again?

On one airline I’ve noticed something strange and good: new seats in first class, curtains are going back up and the middle door is being used to board again. It looks like first class may be making a come back. Will fares finally go up to more proper levels in first then coach?

When you look around on the streets one sees very few Mercedes Benz cars and fewer of the convertible model, that’s because Mercedes Benz does not give their product away yet the company is doing just fine.

Under regulation food in first was served as in an expensive restaurant and the food was top flight and premium itself. The flight attendant always addressed the passenger in a professional manner because the company knew people paid a price for premium service and they got it.

When a person pays $2,000.00 for a first class ticket that person does not envision sitting in a cabin full of $300.00 coach upgrades. Why should a passenger get a first class upgrade just because that passenger shops with a credit card and receives one mile per dollar spent? I don’t see that anywhere else in the economic system. Now with Jed Clampett too broke to fly maybe the airlines and congress will see reality, create fair fares and bring the airline industry back to what it was always meant to be.

Failed Policies More Visible Now

It’s getting harder for the government to hide the truth. The realities of NAFTA, CAFTA, WTO, the Federal Reserve Boards’ phony money, low taxes on the rich, the opening of China, the collapse of the Brenton Woods agreement, and all the components of the free market-free trade scam; the results of which are now being felt are far more powerful than the lies of politicians. What are the market realities of free trade? As the bubbles burst rising prices of goods (such as groceries) along with unstable housing prices are just two examples of this. Oh and let us not forget that running joke, unrealistically low air fares since 1980. All of which were the actions of Nixon, Carter, Regan, Bush, Clinton, Bush and now Obama.

Few in America have the slightest understanding of the underlying causes of our financial demise, the harsh reality is that decades of politically failed policies have taken root and only elimination of such policies can turn our country back on the proper course of building (not destroying) a strong middle class.

Yet what do politicians offer as solutions? Bank bailouts, auto industry bailouts and stimulus packages are all. Where are the good paying jobs in those plans?

As long as the country stays on this course there are only two outcomes that can happen. One is deflation which will cause a very deep depression. Second is hyper-inflation which in time will give us a worthless dollar. Rather than bringing back good paying jobs the government has chosen the second option.

The Racism Shift

Have you noticed it? Discrimination is growing in the U.S. again this time more virulent and secure. I’ve been noticing it for years subtle but growing. While the idiot media puppets keep hammering that old worn out racism by color theme they have missed the real shift in the ongoing racist story. Trouble is this time instead of beating down some uneducated powerless white guy with green teeth this time they would have to expose their bosses and that means their job. Plus it just is not fun picking a fight with a group that can and will strike back, so as usual let’s not look to the corporate media for the news.

The U.S. is shifting from color to class discrimination, as the depression deepens those with money or at least some money will be viewed as superior. Wealth is broadening in scope from cash to knowledge and back to cash including all forms of tangible wealth such as gold, silver and barter. That is knowledge of every kind of survival, of the trades or anything bona fide that people want or need and is of quality.

There is a slow separation happening between those who can make money and the rest. The rest will see more and more discrimination leveled at them. For those who live too much in the past paradigms they will continue their slide down, bit for those who remain mentally flexible they will have a much better chance to prosper whether one is in the trades or a profession.

As I have said wealth will be in several forms, merit is coming back. For those who have something to offer their class will be respected and it won’t matter what color you are. This will breed a growing animosity between those who have merit and legitimately worked for their money and those with little or no merit who will live off the government programs that are coming and I am not talking about welfare.
